QuizWave

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how QuizWave ("we", "us") handles information when you use our website.

No accounts, no server-side personal data

QuizWave does not require an account to use. We do not operate a backend database, and we do not collect, store or transmit personal information to our own servers. Your quiz answers, scores, favorites, history, language and theme preferences are stored only in your browser's Local Storage, on your own device.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser Local Storage (not traditional tracking cookies) to remember your preferences. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

Advertising

If advertising is enabled on this site, ads may be served by a third-party provider (such as Google AdSense), which may use cookies or similar technologies to show relevant ads. These providers may collect data according to their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

Information you choose to share

If you use the "Create Your Own Quiz" tool or enter a name for a challenge link, that information is encoded into a shareable link or stored locally on your device — it is not sent to or stored on our servers.

Children's privacy

QuizWave is designed to be family-friendly and suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
