QuizWave provides free, entertainment-focused quizzes. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial enjoyment, including sharing results and challenge links with friends and family.

User-created quizzes

Our "Create Your Own Quiz" tool lets you build and share your own quiz content. You are solely responsible for any content you create, including ensuring it is appropriate, non-offensive and does not infringe on anyone’s rights. We do not review or moderate user-created quiz links before they are shared.

Intellectual property

All QuizWave branding, design and built-in quiz content is owned by us or our licensors, unless otherwise noted. You may share links to our quizzes freely, but may not copy or redistribute our quiz content as your own commercial product.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of trivia answers, personality results, or any user-generated content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuizWave is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
